Physio or No Physio? That is the question...

Hey Everyone, It's Brad again :)

Jess dragged herself to physio today, like the trooper she is. The problem is that as much as she wanted to try to push herself, her lungs couldn't take the exercise today. She lasted a total of 2 minutes on the treadmill BUT I was told that those 2 minutes were outstanding :)

Jess was sent to Emergency where once again she was able to avoid being admitted. Now Mark, I know exactly what you are thinking and yes I am thinking the same thing...Practice what you preach Jessica Louise Carver and PLEASE STAY IN THE HOSPITAL TO GET BETTER!!

With that being said, Jess is at the condo tonight being taken care of by Heather. Heather has given her strict orders to sit and not move. Jess has agreed to be admitted tomorrow morning if she doesn't feel any better and she better stick to that promise.

She is too tired to write tonight but she hopes that tomorrow brings healthier lungs. She sends her love to all of her blog peeps.

Cheers!

  1. Hope you are feeling better today and if not then get your little butt to the hospital, it will mean a faster recovery from whatever is going on. Heather might be little but she is mighty and what she says goes, lol. Love you both, Linda D

  2. Thanks, Brad... And thanks for being part of her inspiration for respiration... I don't know if you completely grasp this yet - but love has an amazing power over us... It gives us strength, it lets us listen, it gives us purpose. When I was in Jess's situation, I had been with my princess for 10 years, and I so did not want to leave her. She made me want to live. I cannot imagine the same is not true of Jess.

And sometimes we're idiots - we may KNOW what is best for us, but resist it because it seems a step in the wrong direction, or just because it's a pain in the a$$, or because we don't want to be more of a burden, or sometimes even just wondering where this stay will lead. I know she'll do what she needs to do.

You take care of her, from a distance - I don't know either of you, but you're both close to my heart...

    Love, Steve
